The team started slow today, it just didn't feel like the girls were all on the same page during the first set, and then played from behind for most of the second set. After a time out, trailing 13-21, the team rallied back, behind the serving of Abbie Rorke, and won the second set 25-22. The team's ability to battle back showed the fight that they have inside of them as a team. Makenzie Tucker lead the offense with 13 kills. CJ Jenkins stepped up for the lady Trojans with a seven kills. Merin Merkle and Kamryn Bice both added six kills a piece and Merkle lead the blocking. Anna Tedora recorded 14 digs and Abby Rorke and Gabby Anderson both had seven. Alana Aluph had 11 assists and five digs for the Trojans. The team plays this weekend at Woodhaven.
